Corporate Social Responsibility

This policy applies to all activities undertaken by, or on behalf of Heritage Coffee Co. Ltd. (Heritage Coffee) and shall be adopted by all employees, including contract employees and temporary workers paid by an outside agency.


Heritage Coffee will act consistently with the principles contained in the OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development) Recommendation of the Council on Principles of Corporate Governance, to the extent to which they apply.

Heritage Coffee management will ensure Corporate Social Responsibility will be of paramount focus and incorporated into decision-making for all business activities. Heritage Coffee management will also ensure that appropriate corporate governance and organizational structures are in place to effectively identify, monitor and manage Corporate Social Responsibility issues and performance relevant to Heritage Coffee’s business.

This policy will be reviewed on an annual basis to ensure continual improvement.

Health and Safety

Heritage Coffee is vitally interested in the ongoing health and safety of our employees, customers, suppliers, visitors, and the public at large.
